Vision

The Montessori Learning Center follows the same vision statement as stated by Dr. Maria Montessori.

"The word education must not be understood in the sense of teaching, but of assisting the psychological development of the child.

All humans of every race and every country have children and the child can become the focus of universal interest... to create a sphere of action that will enable all mankind to work together and live in peace."

Our Mission

The Montessori Learning Center values and encourages the development of the child's sense of independence, self discipline, and confidence, in a safe, supportive, culturally and academically diverse environment as guided by the Montessori philosophy.

The Montessori Learning Center is dedicated to providing an enriching Montessori educational environment where all children are encouraged to grow to their fullest potential.

Pricing

Tuition options are based upon a ten (10) month enrollment period (August through May). Payments are due on the first of the month. The school also offers a summer session with similar monthly rates. Students attending the morning program with such must be picked up between 12:30 – 12:45. A late fee will be charged after 12:45.

Daily rates for each session available if you need to add an occasional additional day.

Withdrawal Policy

Should you plan to withdraw your child during the school year for any reason, you must notify the school in writing at least two weeks in advance. your tuition for the month during which you leave is not refundable.

The Montessori Learning Center is dedicated to the development of the whole child as a unique individual. Through the prepared environment of learning materials and trained teachers, the child develops self discipline, concentration, independence, a joy of learning, and respect for self, others and all creation.

The Montessori Learning Center is located in Huntsville, Alabama. The Montessori Learning Center community is in the heart of Huntsville. The school educates children ages 2 – 6 years in accordance with the Montessori method.

The Montessori Learning Center is accredited through the American Montessori Society.
